The Chasse has a large hoarding run surrounding the exterior of their site. It was decided that this was an excellent opportunity to market the development to passing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, as well as direct visitors into the Sales Centre area.

The GK Signs Design Team came up with a comprehensive proof of the design which left Heritage Homes Sales and Marketing Manager Jo Hole with the ability to amend where necessary. The face of this hoarding run was constructed from over 150 aluminium composite panels, with bright colours, high resolution CGI images and bold text featuring their key selling points and directional arrows to the Sales Centre.
